My Magical Place in Costa Rica

May 23rd, 2010 . by admin

My family just came back from our trip to Disneyland and my 2 young kids still couldn’t get over the magic of the theme park. Obviously the folks at Disneyland has done a great job in creating their theme park into a magical place for children or even adults sometimes. They could keep the theme park ever green because they have quality content which their young audience could identify with. Characters from the Disney list of animated movies and series could easily be recognized by the visitors the minute they step into the theme park. My kids had a truly wonderful and magical time there and they couldn’t wait to go back again. Speaking of magical place, my wife and I have our very own and it can be found in the land of Costa Rica. We went for our honeymoon in Costa Rica about 6 years ago and it remains one of the best holidays that we have ever been. Our Costa Rica honeymoon was initially planned for 2 weeks but we ended up spending a month over there. Well we were in between jobs during that time so we could afford to extend our honeymoon. Costa Rica consists of many fabulous places to visit but one of personal favourites has got to be the Nicoya Peninsula in the north west of the country. There are a few towns in the peninsula which are all great but we normally like the towns on the tip of the peninsular namely Montezuma Costa Rica. It is magical place for both of us because the town has plenty to offer such as a pristine beach, one of best nature reserves in the country, sparkling blue sea which is safe enough to swim in, stunning views and so much more. Furthermore Montezuma Costa Rica is also a great place to party especially on the weekend when the party crowds from San Jose flock to the town for some serious wild parties. For those who prefer a quieter way to spend the evening, you could go for a movie at the Sano Banano Hotel or have a romantic dinner at the many wonderful restaurants in town which serves both local and European cuisines.
